Refund requests for rescheduled or canceled shows will always have a deadline by which you must notify us of your refund request.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 days. If a show is canceled, you have the option of converting your ticket to a donation, or requesting a refund. If a show is rescheduled, you have the option of keeping your ticket for the new performance date, converting your ticket to a tax-deductible donation, or requesting a refund. Please note that standing room tickets are sold at the full door price for the show (less any applicable donor, senior, or youth/student discounts) – there is no additional discount for standing room only tickets. When available, standing room only tickets are sold when the music starts (after the start time of the show).
